Junae Benne is a passionate advocate for equitable opportunities in the gaming and tech industries. With over a decade of experience as a writer, streamer, and community builder, she has made it her mission to empower underrepresented voices.

As the host of the BIPOC Virtual Job Fair, She brings her expertise in creating inclusive spaces to connect diverse talent with innovative companies. Her career highlights include bylines in Wired, PC Gamer, and Tom’s Hardware, as well as leading community initiatives for Microsoft and the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Finland.

Dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, Junae combines her storytelling skills with her passion for mentorship, ensuring that every attendee feels seen, valued, and equipped to take their next career step.
