Mel Hickman
Mel Hickman is the Customer Service Lead at Gun Interactive, where she combines her professional interests with a love of spooky games! She takes a holistic approach and commits her efforts to build better experiences for her team and players. Before joining the games industry in 2018, Mel received her BA in Anthropology and completed graduate courses in Historical Archaeology, where she researched labor, industry, and community in the Florida panhandle. These studies and her experience in customer care have given her a unique perspective to put pieces together and dig deeper. She hopes to amplify customer experience work as a viable and rewarding career in games.
