Annie Grudeva
My name is Annie, and I am a game designer (and occasionally a creative director) that is enthusiastic about building great teams, elegant systems, invisible tutorials, accessibility and firmly convinced the best games are yet to be made. I’ve been in love with games for as long as I can remember—one of my earliest childhood memories is sitting with my dad and playing Doom (it was the early 90s, don’t judge!). I also have keen interest in player behaviour, psychology and architecture. Besides my day job, I also run pixall.org – a website/database which aims to contain all the resources to help with making workplaces (and games themselves) more diverse and inclusive in the games industry specifically. It is a resource to help you represent all people: of colour, with disabilities, with mental health issues, with different sexual orientations, of all genders, of all social classes and more!
